How do u make a PF contact list the default contact list

How do u make a PF contact list the default contact list

We have a company that wants to have one PF contact list be the only contact

list for each employee. That way only certain people can make changes to it

and it will not get out of snych.

Is there a way to do this. I have tried but everytime I click on the Contact

button it brings up the local/user contact not the PF contact list

Not possible. Users can always use their own Contacts folder.
