Outlook >> My office XP 2002 will not allow me to attach files to emails Hel How do you ask a question on this site. All I have been able to do is reply
to people's questions. Could you make a recommendation. When I click on
"New", it just allows me to view other people's questions?
Thanks

Seems to me you just did, but as a reply. Use Outlook Express or some other
newsreader and not the web interface for better message handling.
