exchange 2000 free/busy

Outlook620
hello,

got an exchange 2000 sp4 server. when i go to create a new appointment and

click on the scheduleing tab, i enter the user name but can only see if that

person is available until nov 30th. as of december 1st it just says no

information available. i modified the default publishing free busy from

2months to 6 months but it doesnt appear to make any change.

Any ideas to get this resolved?

Thanks

Re:exchange 2000 free/busy

did the user modify his free/busy publishing time? the setting only applies

to your own appointments.

Re:exchange 2000 free/busy

I am having the same problem where November 30 is the last available

(non-hashed) time.

The clients/users I am trying to schedule have their Publishing time set to

two months. This occurs on all clients/users.

This is happening on several Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 and one client

with Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Re:exchange 2000 free/busy

As of this instant, the two months of published Free/busy is Oct and Nov -

it's measured as full months using this month and next.

Tomorrow you'll see Nov and Dec.
