- IE6&Outlook >> Undisclosed Receipient List in OE possible?Hi.
I've seen emails where the To: field just said Undisclosed Receipient list.
I take it this is mass emailing without everyone seeing who the other
receipients are.
Can I do this in OE6 ? If so, how?
Merry Christmas n Happy New Year to all. There! I said it.

- Outlook General >> duplicate e-mailsSome of my users are recieving duplicate e-mails from the
same sender. The sender is sending the e-mail only once
but there will sometimes be as many as three identical e-
mails from the same sender. We run on Exchange 2000.
Any ideas on why this would be happening? Thanks in
advance.

- Outlook General >> Attachment saving dialogueI believe that if you save an attachment in Outlook Express a dialogue window
appears when the download has finished asking you if you want to open the
file. Does anyone know of a way to make this appear in Microsoft Outlook
2000? My colleague finds it frustrating having to navigate to the folder
where he's saved something, he doesn't want to open the attachment straight
off the e-mail.

- Outlook General >> Email - Auto Guess AddressThere is a feature in Outlook that when you start typing an address it tries
to prompt for the one you want based on Email address you have sent Emails
to previously. I am not meaning when you try to resolve an recipient using
the 'red tick' button. This auto guess must be from a store of previous
emails because the old Email address I am being prompted to has been updated
in my address book (contacts).
How do I 'reset' my Outlook to stop prompting to out of date Email
addresses?

- Contact >> Synch Contacts without ExchangeI have outlook 2003 on laptop and Desktop; both XP Pro.
I have a large database of contacts to maintain (6500 names).
I want to be able to add and edit contacts on the road and update desktop
computer occasionally to reflect changes.
Can someone give me help finding the way?
I also have a friend who works a different territory.
She has a laptop with Windows 98 and Outlook 98.
I would like to have her work off the same contact list.
Can this also be accomplished?
I can have her upgrade Outlook, if this is necessary.

Outlook >> Oops already got my question answered
Sorry, I reread Brian Tillman's post from before and
realized he had already answered my question. Using View-
Bcc Field brings it up on the tool bar and I can paste
away.
Thanks again!

- Calendaring >> Export Labels & CategoriesI found a message from early 2005 that said one couldn't import / export
labels and categories to another app, in my case excel. I sit on a hearing
board and get the info from another office. It would be great to label all of
the hearings in excel and then shoot it back in outlook with the labels
intact.

- Calendaring >> How can I view more all day events in the Calendar paneIn Outlook 2003 if you have excessive all day events they begin to exceed the
view pane for the Calendar All Day Events pane. The only way to see the event
is to advanced find it, delete other all day events until it reappears, or
change the Outlook screen area by removing toolbars etc....
Is there a way to view more items in this pane. The Appointments with
specific times will expand off the screen and provide a link to expand the
view. All Day events just disappear. Any ideas??

effiecient if I could be consistent with the case and
sort for the exact category. Thanks
