I can't view any picture that I receive in a message,

instead I see an empty box with another smaller box with a

red "X" in it. How do I solve this problem???

Outlook 2003, here's how...



Outlook 2003 has a new(?) feature that disables all pictures from being

displayed in HTML-format emails. For some reason it's automatically enabled

upon install. To fix it, click on Tools>Options>Security. Under

"Download Pictures" click on the button titled "Change Automatic Download

Settings..." Make sure the first and last check boxes are

cleared/unchecked.



That should do it.
