Outlook Outbox Stuck

We are running Exchange 2003 and using Internet Pop Mail to send out

messages. Sometimes a Message gets stuck in the Outbox and does not send.

We cannot move or delte the message in the Outbox it just stays stuck in

there and prevents us from sending out any more messages or receiving any

messages. So what we are having to do is export the PST, delete the profile

and then add everything back in. Anyone know of this problem? Any Solutions?

POP can only receive messages. SMTP is used for outbound messages.
