My email keeps trying to send a "Phantom" email. It continually says

"Sending message 1 of 1" there is no message to send. Nothing is in my

outbox. I have tested to make sure my emails are being received when i send.

for some reason, this is stuck in my system. Any ideas on how to stop it?
