I'm going to assume Outlook 2002/2003 because you did not state your

version.

Create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. Right-click your Calendar

folder and choose "Copy "Calendar"...". Specify the new PST as the

desitination. When the copy completes, close the new PST with

right-click>Close. Close Outlook. Rename the PST to ".psx" or something

similar to avoid any security restrictions on sending PST files. Restart

Outlook and mail the ".psx" file to whomever you want.

It the receiving end, save the ".psx" file to some place on the hard drive.

Rename it back to ".pst" and, in Outlook, click File>Open>Outlook Data File,

browse to the PST, select it, and click OK. The Calendar folder you placed

in it will now be available. The receipient can drag-and-drop its contents

to his ir her own Calendar folder or simply use it in-place.
