I have several machines using 98 & 2000 that hang up when

the user exits out of Outlook 2000. I've tried the

suggestions I found on Microsoft's knowledgebase, but the

problem persists. So far I've tried reinstalling Office

2000, doing an Office Repair, and also defrag. Nothing

seems to correct the hang up.

Had the same problem. They had to rebuild the mailbox on the Exchange

server. Worked for 3 or 4 weeks and came back. They said if was because I

was using the iHateSpam add in for Outlook. I finally gave up and went to

Outlook 2002 and haven't had a hang since and still us the same version of

iHateSpam.
