Outlook express prints garbage

Outlook750
Hi,

We have one computer with Outlook Express that prints garbage whenever we

try to print the emails. What we mean by garbage is that it prints the

header, then blanks the middle section of the page. At the bottom of the

page, it prints a line of symbols, for example: *^^&%#@#...etc. The printer

won't stop printing until we turn it off. We don't have this problem if we

copy the contents and print it using notepads. Does anyone know what's

causing this and a way to fix it?

Thanks.

Re:Outlook express prints garbage

Check to see what Encoding is being used:

View | Encoding

Set it to Western European (Windows) or Western European (ISO) if it's on

something else such as User Defined.

Then print. There were some issues when printing from IE and OE which the

above has seemed to help.
