My provider says my e-mail was corrupted... I lost all my personal folders

and e-mails... can they be restored.... I attepted to import the .pst file

and the e-mail back up file that resides on My Documents folder with no

luck.. thanks

How does your provider know what is stored on your PC?

Was this info supplied by their help desk?

You dont use Import or Export as its the easiest way to corrupt a pst.

Within OL open the pst
