it is easy enough to create a link to open a specific file, but is it possible to include a link in an email to open a windows explorer window in a specific folder? - |

i should add one more complicating factor, and that is that FireFox is
my default browser. the link worked exactly as expected with IE as my default browser. - |

the format would be similar to \\beta2\my music\ where beta2 is the computer
