Unable to create anything new in Outlook 2007

Outlook678
Hi,

I've installed the Office 2007 Beta 2 but on Outlook I can't create any new

task, email etc etc. Al the menu options for a new item of any type are

greyed out but under Help and Disabled items it states that nothing is

disabled.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can't activate the product as MS have turned off their activation server as

many posts here refer to. If it is that I'm stuffed.

Re:Unable to create anything new in Outlook 2007

No luck at all. the key when entered says its wrong key.

Is this the reason why you cant create anything new?

If I continue activation without a key it enables all features of outlook.

But I can do that only 24 times and each time I open any MS app I need to do

that. 24 times comes fast!!!

MS hasn't turned off the activation servers, they are just having

problems with them. No ETA though on when they will be fixed.

Follow the steps outlined in this KB:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/925098. I know it doesn't

talk about activation, but trust me on this ;)
