How do I install microsoft office required translator feature?

I am trying to export my address book into a csv file. I get the message -

do I want to install the microsoft office translator feature. I click yes

and then I get an error 1331 , source file not found.

I have Windows XP, using Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003.

I have tried installing and repairing the program several different times.

I cannot find this individual feature to select the installation.....

Help please

use the custom install option and choose to install the filters.
