Why does my address book freeze when I go to add a new contact?

You must think we can read minds. Provide enough detail for someone to help.

Include steps, behavior, Outlook version and configuration changes at a

minimum.

Be aware that the address book is the wrong view for data entry. The

Contacts Folder is where data is entered.
