phantom emails in deleted items folder

Every time I reply to a message in my email there is a phantom email created

in my Deleted Items. I don't know if this is indicative of a more serious

problem. What I do know is that it is irritating like you wouldn't believe.

I am a fastidious, no email goes unread, person so when I see an unread email

I have to go in and check it. What's the deal?



Almost all the phantom emails are 161 Bits in size. And they are all blanks,

no subject, no sender's email, etc.



Only the date and time it was received.
