Manual archive assistance please ....

Outlook219
Hi,

Is there a way to avoid archived email creating its own target folder within

the specified archiving PST file?

For example, I have specified my Inbox email to be archived to a specific

PST file (auto archiving does not work for some reason so I am presently

doing this manually).

What happens is that once I trigger a manual archive, a new folder, called

INBOX, is created within the specified target PST file? I would prefer, if

possible, is the respective emails were simply archived directly to the

target PST file - with no new folder created.

Is this possible?

Re:Manual archive assistance please ....

Outlook can't do that automatically. YOu'd need to move the items by hand.
