User Gets Wrong Calendar

Outlook28
I have one user who has permissions to 10 other calendars. This problem is

inconsistent and has 2 parts.

1) The user clicks 1 box to view Ray's calendar and Tom's calendar appears.

She then unclicks the box and clicks again and gets the correct calendar (it

may take several times getting into and out of the other persons calendar to

open the correct one).

2) The user clicks 2 boxes to view 2 other's calendars. Only 1 other

calendar appears.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003 (SP2). The user has Windows

XP loaded. It does not matter if she has other applications open or not when

the problem occurs. The problem can happen several days in a row, then not

happen for several days. This user has "send as" rights to multiple calendars.

Re:User Gets Wrong Calendar

does a new profile fix it? (no need to delete the old profile until you

verify it fixes it)

Re:User Gets Wrong Calendar

Diane,

we have the same problem with one of our secretary's (see other

postings). Getting our secretary wasn't the solution.

I've also tried starting up outlook with the /cleanviews option, but it

didn't work either. The problem is getting bigger, because sometimes

appointments are made in the wrong calendar now.

I hope you can shed some light on this. We're really desperatly seeking

for an answer.

Many thanks,
