- Outlook >> Sending e-mails via Outlook 2002Hello,
I'm trying to send an e-mail from an external tool via the
outlook 2002.
When I pass the details to the outlook, I get a message
telling the user
that an external tool is trying to send an e-mail, and
waits for the user's
confirmation to continue.
How can I avoid this message ?
P.S.
In other versions of office (2000, 97) it wouldn't happen.
Thanks.

- Outlook General >> Business, Personal and Family ContactsI have 25 business contatcs, 25 Family contacts, and 25
personal contacts, for a total of 75 contacts. I have the
birthdays for each of these contacts on the Calender
When I'm at work, I need a list of only the business
contacts, and when I see TODAY, I only want to see a list
of birthdays for Business Contacts.
Is this possible in Outlook 2000, 2002, or 2003?
What I would like is to "log" into business, personal or
family everytime I open Outlook, to only show the data
for each of these.
Is any of this possible?
Thanks in advanced

- Outlook >> Stopping Emails being composed with a Blank Subject FieldDear Readers
I would like to make it impossible to send an email without first completing
the Subject Field. I need this work in all versions of Outlook my
girlfriend's organisation uses mainly Outlook 2002...
The other week my girlfriend got repremanded for sending a mass email to
people without a subject heading. A simple forgivable mistake than any user
could make, and hardly a hanging offense. My responses was - well, if its
company policy not to have blank subject headings - then they should encode
this as part of their Outlook/Exchange deployment.
I know why around Exchange/Outlook but I wouldn't discribe myself as a
guru - but I figure it must be common request/need - and was suprised to
find no simple/clear/quick/easy method to do this...
I think I know away of doing this through custom forms, forms admin, and
replacing the default imp.note template with a customised form - but this is
quite intrusive - and even using the registry importing feature - is still a
per machine/per user setting...
There must be simplier way - do you know one?
Yours
Mike

- Calendaring >> Disappearing content in recurring meetingsI'm using Outlook 2003 and have weird problems with recurring meetings. I
book a recurring meeting for one year and invite the resource and attendees.
Later I update one occurence and enter agenda information and send out the
update. I might do this several times up to a week before a meeting. Now my
calendar loses the agenda information but the attendees and the resource have
the updated information.
Any ideas?

- Contact >> Importing from CSV and getting duplicatesI have a CSV file from another program export that I have
tried to import to Outlook. The first import works
well. When I then try to import again because of changes
to original file everything is duplicated. It doesn't
matter if I select replace duplicate, add duplicate or
don't use duplicate. The result is always a duplicate.
Is there something I am missing or a fix that is needed.
Any help would be appreciated

- Outlook General >> Create spamrule in Outlook Express ??I want to create a rule that will make OE not download messages with specific words in the bodyfield.
Using "Apply this rule after the message arrives" and "Do not download from server" won't work. This means the message must be downloaded to get checked?? I will get the mail anyway because it is downloaded and THEN checked.
It must be a simple task, and I just cannot figure it out.

- IE6&Outlook >> AOL IM Startup with OEHow can I stop AOL IM from starting up when I open OE???
I am running two different computers, and they both have the same OS and

Why???
I hate having something forced on me like that. If I want to open IM, I will
do
it myself.
