- Outlook General >> Converting Older PST Files For Archiving - Outlook 2003Outlook 2003 - I archive Daily. Here is the issue. After installing Outlook2003 the .pst file I have been using for an archive will open but I can not archive to it because it is not Unicode complient. Is there a utility that will fix this? As we deploy 2003 over our enterprise, this will be critical.

- Outlook General >> Outlook Please HelpI have Office XP Outlook 2002 SP3
Ever since I changed ISP providers I keep getting the account signon screen
asking me to save the password I check the box every time and it keeps
coming up. Do I need to create a new profile? I exported all my email and
was going to delete the account and try again but will that work or do I
need to create another profile?
All I did was change the properties on the Email Accounts when I changed the
ISP provider.
Any help would be great
Thanks

- Outlook >> Inbox in Outlook 2003 always shows one unread e-mailI did a search first, but couldn't find anything that applied to me.
We use Outlook 2003 and until today everything was fine. Starting
this morning however, my personal Inbox shows that I have one unread e-
mail, but there is nothing in there. I have done an advanced find on
my entire Mailbox and tried using the Search Folders for Unread Mail
with no luck. This is really annoying because no matter how many e-
mails I get, it continues to show just the one unread mail.
Any help would be great,

- Outlook >> Sending Mail from Access using OutlookI have a contact database in A2000 which I have set up to use the SendObject
method to send the same e-mail, through O2000, but individually addressed to
around 500 contacts on the database. Outlook is run direct from my PC.
Having no exchange server, for each of the 500 messages, I get the 'A
program is trying to send ...' message and have to click 'Yes'.
This then adds around 20-30 minutes to the mailing.
Can anyone advise on how this can be done better ?
Also the default text is plain text which loses some of the formatting I
have set up. Can this also be changed ?
TIA, Alan

- Outlook Install >> upgrade outlook2000 to outlook2003Hi,
I encounter problems to migrate from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 because I
want to keep all the old mail accounts previously configured under
Outlook2000 (POP3 et IMAP).
I've tried with 2 tools of the office2003 tool kit: the CIW (Custom
Installation Wizard) and the CMW (Custom Maintenance Wizard) but the "old"
profile seems to be destroyed when migrating. I've however used the "Modify
exisiting profile" option during the process.
Does anyone suceed to upgrade a previous Outlook2000 (with POP3 and IMAP
accounts) to Outlook2003 (with new accounts: Exchange for example) ??
thanks for your tips ...

Outlook General >> How to use Outlook so anyone in office can answer emails
Open the mailbox as an additional mailbox using the Account Advanced
settings. Do this for each person you want to have access to the mailbox.
Then give them "send as" rights on the mailbox.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Since it is a common mailbox that each has opened on their machine, when

last night when I was not able to sleep I thought about this "problem" and
figured it should be possible to see the HTML code as well in word.
So I just checked and indeed this was possible. After having something
installed, I managed to edit the Source code and I just know a little HTML
so managed to change it in the way I wanted! So I am an happy camper!!
Thanks anyways for your feedback!!!!

- Outlook Install >> Outlook locks up oftenI have several IMAP mailboxes set-up in Outlook 2003.
When pressing F9 (set up to sync 3 of the mailboxes), it works about 60% of
the time. The rest of the time, it locks up. When this happens, I sometimes
have to use the Task Manager to get Outlook to end.
Any ideas? I know the mail server is working properly.

make the display start with the 1st eMail in the list.
