Graphics in Outlook are missing

I used to use Microsoft Office 2003 and when there were pictures in the

emails I could always view them. But now I have upgraded to Office 2007 beta

and the pictures are not showing up. They are just little Red X's I did go

into the settings and told it to automatically download the pictures but I

still dont see the pictures. I was thinking there was another office program

that is responsable for these pictures. Does anyone know how to fix this

problem of not seeing the Pictures.
