Maintaining privacy for personal contacts on a server

Outlook358
I run a small business where we use Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007.

We keep our company contacts in outlook on the server. These are very helpful

and I use a Samsung blackjack phone that allows me to carry all my contacts

with me everywhere I go. However, I can not keep personal information about

individual contacts in outlook on the server because it is not appropriate to

share this information with everybody in the company. To keep personal

information I must do this in my local outlook on my computer. However, I

then have the issue of not being able to keep my personal contacts up to date

with the contacts on the server. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
