Outlook General >> Duplicate hyperlink Hi,

My email signature looks fine to me (created in Word 2002), but when my
clients get it, it repeats the email address and url like this:

:EMail@HideDomain.com" EMail@HideDomain.com
p://www.abc.com" www.abc.com

I'm using rich text and Outlook 2002. Any idea why the duplicate?

Thanks,

Michele

Outlook General >> Duplicate hyperlink Don't use rich text unless the receiving end also uses Outlook. Better is to
use HTML or Plain Text.

Outlook General >> Duplicate hyperlink Hi Robert,

Both sender and receiver are using Outlook with rich text. Sender has
Outlook 2002 and receiver has Outlook 2003. Neither have Exchange Server.
According to your instructions, this would not be causing the problem, right?

Any other ideas would be great.

We don't want to use HTML because we want to use a 'tight' image in the
signature and can't do so with HTML.

Thanks,

Michele
