Information Bar on replied emails is missing

Ok, Strange one this, never seen it, but now i have.

When you reply to a message in outlook 2000, and you go back to view it, you

double clcik and view, just above the from and to fields is an "i" line -

information line.



one of my users has lost their information line. Question is, is there any

way of retrieving this information line.



My user currently works over a citrix environment so any changes are saved

to his citrix profile, i am just wondering if the citrix profile is corrupt

or he has made it corrupt?
