Send Message When Outlook Is Closed

I would like for Outlook to automatically send messages in my Outbox without

opening Outlook. I am using Outlook in conjunction with Access and reports

are sent to my Outbox when a certain button is selected. However, the message

is just sitting in my Outbox and will not send until I actually go into

Outlook. Is there a way to program Outlook to do this?

No. Outlook must be open in order to send messages.
