Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 - It happens to this user intermittently =

and cannot replicate it every time. Just frequently when she clicks =

"to:" from within a new email outlook crashes giving her the =

"Outlook.exe has generated and error and will be closed" - Says it is =

logging the event but doesn't log it.

Re:Click a Contact in "To:" and CRASH!

Lots of similar reports, but no consistent repros or solutions. Removing and

re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service works for some.
