Personal Folder Backup not available for all users

I use Outlook 2002(+ SP3) on my Win2K machine.

As admin, I installed MS pfbackup.exe plug-in to backup Personal Folder

'outlook.pst'.

The backup option appears in Outlook File menu ONLY when logged on as admin.

When logged on as some power user it is missing. Attempts to install the

plug-in for this user as well report plug-in already installed, uninstall

first, then install here.

But I want all users to have this plug-in.



Any suggestions ?
