All incomming email is sent to the delete Folder

Using Outlook 2007 and it recently started sending all imcomming emails

directly to the delete folder upon start-up.

Are you sure they're really going to the Deleted Items folder and not just

disappearing from your Inbox view? If they are in Deleted Items, check to

see if you have any rules or 3rd party programs running that might move those

messages, including antivirus e-mail scanners.

The only thing that is running is Microsoft Windows Live One care and yes the

email is being sent to the delete folder and there are no rules setup.

I've had the same problem with Outlook 2000 for two weeks. I do use Rules

and have for years, but have not set any new ones for quite some time. Sure

hope someone out there knows how to correct this.

If you open Outlook in Safe mode, does the problem still occur? Click Start

| Run and type in "outlook.exe /safe" without the quotes but including the

space.
