Error in Agent desktop

Hi,

I have launched the Agent desktop...If i select the customer from lookup table it shows the following

error...Please anyone help me

Is this the Default CCF Agent Desktop or have you modified it
Could you tell me a bit more about your configuration of Workflow have you changed anything relating to workflow
