file and folder sharing

Windows Vista5
We have Vista home Premium and I recently had to implement "parental

controls" and very promptly realized that the kids files in "documents" and

in "Pictures" are inaccessible from their user accounts. So i have "shared"

them and it still does not allow them to access their files. they won't even

pop up. I have even done the "public" file and I still can not get them

access.

Please help.
