screen saver stopped working

My screen saver stopped working, it has been working fine for the longest
time and it seems my husband downloaded some soccer screen saver and it come
up on my profile all the time and not his so i uninstalled it and now the
screen saver just keeps comming up as "not responding" and wont do anything.
Any suggestions?

There has been a screensaver issue with computers using MS
peripherals/IntelliPoint software. Take a look at the Knowledge Base
articles below, if this applies to yours.
