windows update and installing new languages

Windows Vista >> windows update and installing new languages i recently upgraded from home premium to ultimate and ran the "check for
updates" as i want to install the english pack. I DLed it and i think it
installed, but when i go to control panel to change languages and follow the
instructions, it asks me where i placed the language packs??

i dont know where they are??

help!

installed and an error message>

what can i do?

Windows Vista >> windows update and installing new languages I don't think there is any action on your part that would help. You will
have to wait for the Update site to straighten out whatever that error is.
The MS site seems to have "ServicePackitis" today. :/

Operation tried to install while another installation was in progress or
the system was pending a mandatory restart.

Has the system been rebooted ? If so, download and save this update:
