I'm getting an Event ID 11 combined with Source CAPI2. It says "Failed

extract of 3rd party root list from auto update cab at ...." and has a link

to download authrootstl.cab. The help link does not have any info. Does

anyone know how to fix this error?

Oh yeah, I forgot to add I did google it but none of those posts were

helpful. They either combine Event ID 11 with another source code (not

CAPI2) or talk about Win XP. My error message gives the download link and

says "the data is invalid". I downloaded the cab file but don't know what to

do with it.

Have you clicked on the link in Event Viewer for ID 11 to get the MS event
