DOS-Prompt Drag-and-Drop

In XP, I used to be able to drag a file on to the DOS-Prompt to automatically input the filepath and name enclosed in brackets. Has this functionality been removed from Vista, does it need to be explicitly set, or am I seeing weird behaviour? - |

Yes, no more "drag and drop", but you can do this:
