Reduced View in Windows Vista Community

Windows Vista3
Widows Vista Community appears in a smaller view within my window. On the

left are options like "Help and how to home" Community, Discussions,

Columns, etc that take up another 20% of the screen. Then the posts and the

frame with the individual posts and responses. Any way to get rid of the

fluff and just see the list of posts and responses? Thanks.
