when i open a folder windows explorer crashes

i d-loaded a program called flv grabber and when i try to open that

folder i get the pop-up windows explorer has stopped working....windows

explorer is restarting

i get this message when i try to click on a flv file that i ripped of

youtube.

:confused: what is going on..can anybody help me

i cant even delete the file..
