Vista will not boot or respond at all.
Windows Vista35
My cousin asked me to look at her comp and i'm stumped. He unplugged the monitor without shutting down. It was discovered to be on still a few days later, so she shut it off with the power button. Now it wont boot up at all. It just shows a black screen with- F2 Bios Setup F10 Boot Setup being the only words (in graphics) on the screen. Not even a mouse cursor. Neither one of those work. Booting with F8 doesnt work. Even the recovery disk doesnt work. I have tried both the monitor with another PC and the PC with another monitor. Monitor is fine, PC is stuck at that screen, with no keys working. I'd appreciate any help at all. I'm at a loss. - |
