Speech recognition everywhere? Adjusting which programs SR works i
Windows Vista19
When I was setting up SR, I remember a setting for "dictate everywhere" or something like that. The default was for the other choice, so I didn't choose it. Now, SR only allows me to dictate into certain programs. I want to be able to dictate wherever I can type. I cannot find this setting anywhere, after exhausting (as best I can) the "help" file. Can someone guide me through down the path to find that setting/dialog box? Thanks! Mark - |

When the mic and feedback dialog appear (start/.../ease of access/ Win SR)
you rightclick it, and choose Options/ put a check in "Enable dictation everywhere" -- Was this helpful? Then click the Ratings button.
