Snipping Tool Location?

Windows Vista38
Having read and noticed references to a snipping tool, I

went looking for it. Looked under tools and options in IE,

and used the help function. Lots of references telling me

how to use it, but none told me how/where to access it.

Insight appreciated.

Is this what you are looking for?

Re:Snipping Tool Location?

OK, thanks guys, I found it. Played with it a bit. One

surprising finding is that when I selected an item to snip,

and emailed it to myself, and then printed the attachment

something unexpected happened. I checked the box marked

"print to fit" and my printer only printed a portion of the

snip, in rather large type. I unchecked the "print to fit"

box, and printed again - and that time it printed the full

snip at a somewhat smaller font size. Puzzling.

Thanks again for the directions to the tool.
