Vista does not "see" icon in VB3 executable

Windows Vista >> Vista does not "see" icon in VB3 executable Per the subject line.

Old VB3 prog. has icon embedded into .EXE
but Vista does not see it.

Worked fine through XP.

Not a real problem, I just used one from the presets,
but thought dev. team might like to know.

And to those of you who are considering a non-helpful
response along the lines of "why the he-- are you still using
VB3, you moron", please reconsider and just shut up.

I have my reasons (chief among them that I don't have the
time nor the inclination to try to port it as it's working perfectly
across ALL Windows platforms clear back to 3.1).

With all this being said by you, I don't think anyone cares what you do with
old technology, gee. :)

Maybe related to the way you cannot properly display an icon assigned to
a DOS .EXE file. It will always display as a white rectangle (I assume a
default document icon), no matter what icon you try to assign to it.
