Internet Explorer / IE >> Trouble opening business-related website with IE7
Since installing IE7 Beta, I have been unable to access a very important
business-related website. I get a runtime error (C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe) "This application has requested the runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way."
The site requires Java 1.4.1, which I have. I thought that maybe I needed
to upgrade my Java to the newest version, but the site will only accept
v1.4.1. Everything worked fine until I upgraded IE. Can anyone tell me how
to get around this. If not, please tell me how to downgrade back to IE6
without losing all of my bookmarks and other settings. I prefer not to do a
system restore because this has been going on for a couple of weeks and I
have made several other changes to my system since then. I have also tried
using Netscape and Mozilla for this site and neither will work. They don't
shut down, but they will not open the site properly.

If you are using the Google toolbar, uninstall it.

Internet Explorer / IE >> Trouble opening business-related website with IE7
I didn't have google toolbar installed. I have uninstalled the IE7 update
and gone back to IE6. If you could help me resolve this problem, I would
like to reinstall IE7.

If the problem went away when you reverted to IE6, you could try
reinstalling IE7 again and hope that the problem does not recur, but I don't
have any other ideas.
