Internet Explorer / IE >> IE Script error

I click on Help > Make a VPN Connection and get an error message that says IE
Script error. What causes this and h can I overcome theerror message?

Internet Explorer / IE >> IE Script error Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Tab
Check Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
Check Disable Script Debugging (Other)
Uncheck Display a notification about every Script Error
Click Ok
Reboot system
--

Checked Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Tab
Check Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)
Check Disable Script Debugging (Other)
Uncheck Display a notification about every Script Error

Internet Explorer / IE >> IE Script error Are you using Google Toolbar? Try uninstalling and see if it occurs:

Try Re-registering Dlls as shown here
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902932

Finally, if it continues to occur, try browser reset: Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced Tab>Reset Button

I followed your instructions but the problem remains The error message says
can't find automation server URL
:C:\WINDOWS\Help\netcfg.chm::/howto_conn_vpn.htm

There's a default security setting which does that.
IIRC it isn't one which can be undone by the Security Settings dialog.
That requires a regedit zap. I can't even remember how I found out
about it. I know that I used RegMon to test the fix though.

Hmm... my notes file contains this concise remark about it:

Fixed! Ramesh has a zap to the My Computer Zone (Zone 0 Value 1400 = 0)
