Internet Explorer / IE >> IE7 freezes when loading
IE7 freezes after launch before it loads any web pages. I reinstalled and it
didn't make any difference. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in
advance.

Hi sd,
Does this happen when you run IE7 in no Addons mode?
Start>Programs>Accessorites>System Tools>Internet Explorer (no Addons)

Internet Explorer / IE >> IE7 freezes when loading
Hi Rob and sd,
I have tried three times to load ie7 but have to remove it. Have tried with
(no Addons). The computer was new when XP first released. Is this my
problem? IE7 fine on 2 computers(1 new & 1 -2yr old).
Thanks

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=27971
Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.
