I use a dell xps m1530 laptop powered by vista home premium.i am connected to
the internet.every time i try to open a site i recieve a message that i am
offline and need to be connected.when i do so it tries to connect through the
WAN port and fails.there is also a second broad band connection.how can i
delete this connectio.plz help.this problem is more when i use the internet
explorer than firefox.how can i solve these problems?

Could you use Windows Mail to create an explicit connection with your
second connection? FWIW that is what I do with my PPPoE connection.
Then the only time that IE or other Internet apps give this symptom is when
I have forgotten to check my mail or synchronized my newsgroups. ; )
