Internet Explorer / IE >> Taskbar does not autohide on entering Full Screen (IE7,Windows XP

Bug:-
In IE7 after a second tab is opened in the background, but immediately
closed without opening (by pressing the mouse wheel down on the tab),
pressing F11 opens a full screen but the task bar does not disappear

Workaround:-
Click the task bar once, then IE7, then pressing F11 again correctly
autohides it

Observations:-
The same behaviour occurs for the Opera internet browser

Where in this scenario would an Auto-Hide Taskbar come into the picture?
