Has anyone else tried to load Alexa Toolbar and it didn't show up .. and was

able to figure out how to get it to work?



I have to use Alexa toolbar with a new business and everything went smooth

with the download and the install looked good and up shot the IE with the

final step to fill in personal data ----- and when the next page came up it

congratulated me that Alexa Toolbar was now installed and showing in it's

newly created bar.. or if not I could just go to 'View/Toolbars' and toggle

it into existence from there. Not.



Unfortunately neither option resulted.



No 'Alexa Toolbar' as such ..

No 'Alexa' optiion in 'View/Toolbars'.



Have gone through the download / install / etc about four times now to see

if there was anything I was missing maybe.. but still no Alexa T-bar.



Anyone have any tips or techie know-how on this please?



I badly need this resolved as soon as possible as it is costing me something

like $50-$75 and more a day simply from not being able to use the Alexa.



Every little bit of help here really REALLY appreciated on this.. thank you.

Thank you Vincenzo.. I went to this link and have subsequently been

able to explain to Alexa what happened through their feedback form.



It took a long time but I hope it was worth the time and effort and they

can find a way to make the Alexa t-bar work. I appreciate your help in

pointing me to the right place to go for assistance. If I get the t-bar

working I'll get back to you so you can check out for yourself what I am

doing with it. You might want to get involved too.
