Internet Explorer / IE >> How to add a domain to Trusted Zone? IE6/IE7

I have a question about the various ways a site could be added to the Trusted
Zone under security setting. Besides the obvious of having the user do that.
Our site is a secure site (HTTPS) but because of connections we have to
other secure sites it helps if all users can add our domain and other domains
to the Trusted Zone.

Having users just download a REg file and running it is not kosher, although
it might be possible.

Is there a nice way to prompt the user to explain what we are doing and to
get there permissions before running the code? Is there a API call in IFRAME
that will let use do this in a nice way?

I'd appreciate peoples ideas.

Internet Explorer / IE >> How to add a domain to Trusted Zone? IE6/IE7 You could check out how we have set up applications on our site,
http://www.rousllc.com/UDD.aspx. It is, by far, the best way we have found.
It does follow procedures of asking the user if it can run etc. You can even
add in licensing agreements, EULAs, whatever you prefer. It gives you all the
power of an application, without the install, we built both the applications
in Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. You can get the Express version free off of
Microsoft's site.

Internet Explorer / IE >> How to add a domain to Trusted Zone? IE6/IE7 I agree and our site has a EULA that users have to sign.
