hi.. IE 7 windows xp pro problem: when i go to www.ebay.ca i can open it ..but on part of the screen i can see this message.."The web site declined to show this web page" error 403 and I (info) icon..the all visible links on this page works ..ok i think there is no problem with other web pages please help me to solve this problem thank you best regards natka - |

You most likely have an aberrant HOSTS file.
Search your computer for a hidden file called HOSTS. Rename to HOSTS.OLD. Did you find your HOSTS file? It is a hidden file that can only be viewed if
