IE7 & Notepad

Some one in our office suggested this:

Similar to how we have the Favorites & History popup, it would be nice to

have a notepad or word to popup from the side and slide inside when unpinned.

This will be very helpful when we are taking notes from website. Currently we

have to do ALT + TAB to switch between applications.
