Briefcase folder issue

When I open an html file in a briefcase on my computer in IE7 (using CTRL+O),

an error mesage says "[filename] is not accessible. Directory name is

invalid." When I open it by browsing to it and clicking on it, the error

messsage says, "The Briefcase is in use on another computer. Close the

Briefcase on that computer, and then try again." I've checked every computer

on my network by using CTRL+ALT+DEL and haven't found that briefcase. is this

a bug?
